Job Title: Senior Water Sports Instructor
Location: Adventure Nene Ltd, Sibson Lake, Stibbington, Peterborough, PE8 6LS
Salary: £24,960 pro rota
Closing date: 1st April 2024 - Employment from May to October 2024 

Are you looking for a senior water sports instructor position? Look no further! Our company is currently hiring for this role.  You will be responsible for leading and instructing Paddleboarding, Canoeing, Kayaking, Raftbuilding, Archery, Axe Throwing and Climbing - ensuring the safety of all participants and providing excellent customer service. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply today!

You will be required to:
- Manage and supervise a small team of casual staff and freelancers 
- Work 5 days a week, mainly from Wednesday to Sunday (with a view of working more hours in the summer high season)
- Work alongside the company Director to ensure the professional day to day running of the whole centre
- Keep on top of cleaning, ground work and maintenance around the site

Essential qualities:
- Enthusiasm towards Paddlesports, Targetsports and Climbing 
- British Canoeing Paddlesport Instructor qualification or higher
- Good customer service skills / computer literacy and numeracy 
- Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure 
- Hold a mature and responsible attitude to work
- Full driving licence and own transport

Job Title: Water Sports Assistants
Location: Adventure Nene Ltd, Sibson Lake, Stibbington, Peterborough, PE8 6LS
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Closing date:  End of February & End of May (x2 intakes)
